Today Joey and I mobilized…not pictured…barbell!
Did about 90 minutes of mobility work and reverse hyper action.  The reverse hyper is so uncomfortable…I don’t think it’s really made for short people.  Anyway, it definitely helped my back a bit. Keep at it kids.
