Double unders/Sit ups
Do 10 pull ups with each set
11:50 or something.
Then I got some coaching on my pull ups.
Then we put a photo booth together.
from gastric band to Triathlete. On July 17, 2008 I went under the knife and got a gastric band. It was the best decision of my life. Since then, I've lost 92lbs and counting, went from a size 18+ to a 6, grew some guns and abs, went on multiple dates a week, fought some men off with sticks, ran my second marathon, ran countless 1/2 marathons, and completed a triathlon... Next stop...NYC Ironman 2012!
