March Goals

Well that was a mild winter…wait for it…SNOW IN APRIL…you heard it here first!

  • Heal…as in my hips not as in Sit Ubu Sit.
  • be back on the bike and running
  • swim swim swim…cut 2 minutes off my best mile time
  • do stretches and mobility work 2x day - this is a test
  • assist in the am CrossFit classes
  • do the work - 10 negative band assisted pull ups a day with a 10-20 second break between each
  • have an amazing time cheering the Internet at the NYC 1/2 Marathon!!!!
  • take 10 steps toward my new career
  • enjoy daylight savings time!
  • downsize more stuff
